About the volunteering opportunity
ForTomorrow is a small organization run mainly by volunteers. We are not profit-oriented in order to make an impact. We are accountable and have the freedom to experiment and learn. We work independently towards clear goals. We can work when and how we want. We share everything we do on Trello, Slack, GDocs, Figma and Github.
Your Tasks
We have several small and medium-sized tasks for you to choose from. The most important:
- Implementation of new layouts and functions in HTML + CSS
- Review and optimization of the code (Astro, HTML, AlpineJS, JavaScript)
- Improvement of our Matomo Analytics setup
- Researching the solution architecture and consulting for our backend
We could really use someone who has experience with creating layouts and styling: the front end, so to speak. Ideally with some design experience.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity you don't need any German skills.
At the moment we are looking for people with experience who can work independently without much guidance from the team - we need your advice!
